Tanya has worked for a range of companies within the broadcast and entertainment industry for over 16 years with experience in marketing, events, project/account management, and advocating diversity. More recently, Tanya has worked as a Marketing and Communications Manager at Pebble, who deliver automation, playout and management solutions for the broadcast community. She then moved on to Telstra Broadcast Services (TBS) in Sydney, as their Marketing Manager to market their managed service offering for end-to-end broadcast solutions for contribution and distribution via its global media network, 24/7 broadcast operations, remote production and virtual advertising. Tanya joined base as Marketing Manager in July 2024, leading all marketing efforts for the company alongside a team of marketing execs for content and analytics and a brand and graphics manager.
